Overview
Again! ("the App") is developed by Hello Juggler LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
The short version: We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal data. Your data stays on your device — or in your own iCloud account if you choose to enable iCloud sync.
Information We Do NOT Collect
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Device identifiers or device information
- Location data
- Usage or analytics data
- Advertising identifiers
- Cookies or tracking technologies
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Data Storage
On-Device Storage
All recordings, cover images, and app data you create are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to enable iCloud sync.
iCloud Sync (Optional, Paid Feature)
If you purchase the iCloud sync feature, your recordings and cover image data will be stored in Apple's iCloud service, within your own Apple account. This data is:
- Managed entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy
- Stored in your personal iCloud container
- Not accessible to the developer
- Subject to your iCloud storage plan and settings
We do not operate any servers and have no ability to access, view, or retrieve your iCloud data.
Permissions
Microphone
The App requests microphone access solely for the purpose of recording custom audio within the app (e.g., reading a story aloud). Microphone data is never streamed, transmitted, or sent to any external server. All recorded audio is stored locally on your device or, if you enable iCloud sync, within your own iCloud account.
Camera
The App requests camera access solely to allow you to take photos for use as story cover images. Photos captured through the App are not collected or stored by the developer. They are saved locally on your device or, if you have purchased iCloud sync, within your own iCloud account.
Photo Library
The App requests photo library access solely to allow you to select existing images from your camera roll for use as story cover images. The developer does not access, collect, or store your photos. Selected images are saved locally on your device or, if you have purchased iCloud sync, within your own iCloud account.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your data with any third parties. Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to share.
Advertising
The App does not display advertisements and does not collect any data for ad targeting purposes.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. The only external service used is Apple's iCloud, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy and terms of service.
Children's Privacy
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe for use by children as no data is collected or transmitted.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
